Keep one trusted record for every asset.

The same laptop can appear in the CMDB, the endpoint tool and the scanner, each with a different story. Venevor reconciles those sources into one record per asset.

1Assets

Reconcile what every source says about an asset.

Assets reported by more than one connected source reconcile into a single record, including those from your ServiceNow CMDB. Compliance, security and IT then work from the same asset list.

What it does

Group assets by business entity.

What it never does

Hide assets that have no entity; they show as Unassigned.

2Coverage

See which assets your scanners are missing.

Scanner coverage shows which assets your vulnerability scanners reach and which they don't. Gaps show up on the asset record before an audit finds them.

3Work

Track remediation where your teams already work.

Projects sync with Jira and carry risk signals. Notifications reach Slack, Microsoft Teams or email, so owners hear about work in the tools they already read.

FAQ

Common questions.

Does Venevor replace our CMDB?

No. It reads from ServiceNow CMDB and other sources and reconciles them, so compliance and security work from the same asset record.

What happens to assets with no business entity?

They show as Unassigned in the Exposure Score roll-up until they are assigned to one.

Can we start without connectors?

Yes. Assets, risks and policies can be bulk imported, and connectors can be added later.
