Privacy notice
Effective January 1, 2027
Venevor LLC ("Venevor", "we", "us") operates in Texas and operates venevor.com. This notice explains how we handle personal information when you visit this website or contact us through it. It does not cover information a customer puts into the Venevor platform; that is addressed in the applicable customer agreements and related privacy and security terms.
Information we receive
If you request a demonstration, we receive your full name, work email and organization, and any role, interest selections or message you choose to add. With each request we also receive the IP address it was sent from, and the approximate location (city, region and country) and network name that our hosting provider, Cloudflare, derives from that address. If you contact us another way, we receive the information in that communication.
When you browse the site, Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver and protect it, such as your IP address, browser and device information, the pages requested, timestamps and security events.
Please do not send patient or other health information, passwords, credentials or details of security findings through the form.
How we use information
We use it to respond to your request, arrange a product conversation, understand where requests come from, keep automated spam out, operate and protect the website, investigate misuse, keep appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. We don't add you to a marketing list because you asked for a demo.
Who processes it
The website sends your request only to the places below. It has no advertising or CRM integration.
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, runs the form and protects the site against misuse. On the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a request comes from a person before it is sent.
Our own mail server receives your request: the form sends it as an email, over an encrypted connection, to our inbox.
We don't sell or share your personal information. Beyond the processing above, we disclose it only when the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety or security.
Cloudflare operates a global network, so this processing may take place outside the country you are in.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website itself sets no cookies and uses no advertising pixels or other trackers. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate (pages viewed, referring sites, browser and country) without cookies and without building a profile of you. Its fonts are served from venevor.com itself, not from a font provider. If Cloudflare needs to check that traffic is legitimate, it may set a strictly necessary security cookie for that purpose only. The contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile from challenges.cloudflare.com for its person check, and uses it for nothing else.
The only thing it keeps in your browser is a note that Vee, our site guide, has already greeted you, so the greeting does not repeat. The note is held in your browser's session storage, is cleared when you close the tab, and is never sent to us.
How long we keep it
We keep demo-request emails for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, and then delete them from our mailbox. We keep them longer only where a legal requirement or dispute needs it. We do not store requests in a website database; each request exists only as an email in our inbox.
Cloudflare processes technical data for hosting and security under its own retention practices. We don't keep separate website logs. If a request fails to send, the form records only which sending step failed, never what you wrote.
Security
We use measures appropriate to the information involved to protect website submissions and access to them, but no internet system is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Write to contacts@venevor.com, which we monitor. We may need to verify your request, and we may keep information where the law permits or requires it. If we ever send marketing email, it will include a way to opt out.
Children
This is a business website and is not directed to children.
Changes
We may revise this notice as our practices change. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
